Sweet Chili Thai Noodles

Tonight I was wanting a noodle dish that went well with the Beef Satay’s I was making. This is the result. It turned out really well although it was a little too spicy for the kids – they didn’t stop eating it though.

  • This looks even better than Lipton Sidekicks Sweet Chili Thai noodles (they’ve discontinued it, so I looked for a recipe). Will be trying it soon and will report back. The curry sauce sounds good (from your other commenter).

  • I want to try this recipe , but the ketchup really turns me off. This is not traditional Thai cooking. I think some Thai garlic curry sauce would be great.
