Guest Post on Chef Dennis’ Blog – Blueberry Mango Salsa on Brie

I am excited to let you know that I have been asked by Chef Dennis to guest post on his blog today. Chef Dennis is a fellow blogger that I have come to respect greatly. He has a vast knowledge of food and amazing culinary skills. I have learned a great deal by following his blog.

It is a great privilege to share a recipe on his site and I spent a great deal of time considering what I would post. I considered trying something new but in the end chose to stick with what I know and made something on the grill. So, if you are looking for an elegant appetizer, head on over to Chef Dennis’ blog and see my Blueberry Mango Salsa on Brie.

  • Hi Steve,
This really is a one of a kind recipe. I love it. My baked brie is so boring.
I love that you have grilled the cheese on a plank and the colors of the fruit make it look gorgeous. Very gourmet.

  • What a stunningly festive appetizer, Steve. The colors would attract even someone who had just eaten a 12 course meal. Brie is such a fantastic spring cheese… Congrats on the guest post too!
