One chipotle pepper and a little bit of the adobo sauce the peppers are canned with is all that is needed to give this ranch dressing a big boost of heat. - 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup milk
- 1½ tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 chipotle pepper (from a can of chipotle peppers with adobo sauce)
- 1 tsp abobo sauce
- Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
- Store in the fridge for 7-10 days.
