The base of this meal is haupia. Haupia is a coconut pudding from Hawaii. It is a favourite at luaus. I made the Haupia today and wanted to give it a bit of a flare. This is the end result. It turned out awesome!

  1. I had to bookmark this wonderful recipe. It is very rare that you come across a really good dessert pudding, but with all the additions to the coconut pudding-it is hard to resist. Thanks so much for sharing-yum!
