One of our favourite Mexican dishes is guacamole served with nacho chips. Janna loves the fresh flavour of the lime juice and cilantro.

  • 3 ripe avacados , peeled and pitted
  • 2 small tomatoes , diced
  • 1 sweet onion , diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped


  • Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with nacho chips
