Baked Salmon with Orange Oregano Aioli

This salmon dish is very light but the orange oregano aioli provides a richness to the fish. This is a low carb offering that goes great with fresh steamed vegetables like broccoli or asparagus.

  1. I love the idea of salmon with orange and that aioli recipe sounds delicious!

  2. just wanted to ask what is the difference in having the orange slices on the bottom instead of on the top?

    • not too much. the flavour does still get into the salmon. One nice thing is that the salmon doesn’t stick to the tray which can happen with the salmon fillets without the skin on them. That was a part of the strategy for me in doing that. Also, it looked nice once plated.
