Chipotle Ranch Salad Dressing

If you are looking for a ranch dressing with a nice spicy kick then this is the perfect recipe. One chipotle pepper and a little bit of the adobo sauce the peppers are canned with is all that is needed to give this ranch dressing a big boost of heat. Perfect for salad, but also great as a dip for fresh cut veggies, this ranch is very has a lot of personality.

Chipotle Ranch Salad Dressing

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 chipotle pepper (from a can of chipotle peppers with adobo sauce)
  • 1 tsp abobo sauce


  • Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
  • Store in the fridge for 7-10 days.
