I Co-authored a Cookbook for Bradley Smoker!

2015-05-05 09.37.37I am excited to announce that a cookbook that I co-authored has been released and is available for purchase! I love to smoke food and developing recipes for Bradley Smoker to use in their cookbook was a lot of fun and it tasted great! There are five different authors that each developed a number of recipes to be included in the cookbook. Each person has their own approach to cooking and smoking food and it clearly shows the variety of recipes in this book.

Some of my recipes in this cookbook include:

  • Bacon Wrapped Chicken Breast Stuffed with Spinach and Cheese
