Quick and Easy Fresh Homemade Salsa
Ingredients

plum tomatoes
, quartered

sweet yellow pepper
, cored and roughly chopped

red onion
, peeled and roughly chopped

fresh cilantro

olive oil

, juiced

ground cumin

ground black pepper
Instructions
Add all ingredients to food processor and pulse until it is an even consistency. It should be somewhat chunky still, but easily sociable with a tortilla chip.
