Place ribs in the pressure cooker, standing the half racks up horizontally side by side.
Make the marinade by mixing together the teriyaki marinade, brown sugar, garlic, ginger and chicken broth. Pour the marinade over the ribs.
Lock the lid on the pressure cooker and close the vent. Set the pressure cooker to high pressure and cook for 15-20 minutes. After the cook cycle, let the pressure release naturally.
Preheat oven to broil.
Place the ribs, meat side up, on a rack placed on a large baking sheet lined with aluminum foil. Brush the ribs with teriyaki glaze.
Bake the ribs in the oven for 3-5 minutes. Then brush them with more teriyaki glaze and bake them for 3-5 more minutes.
