Ingredients
1poundshrimp, cooked and peeled
2avocados, peeled, cored and cubed
3mediumtomatoes, diced
2jalapeno peppers, cored and minced
1/4cupfresh cilantro, chopped
1/4cuplime juice
1/2tspsalt
Instructions
Cut the shrimp into 2 or 3 pieces.
Toss all the ingredients together.
Let the salsa marinate for 10-15 minutes before serving.
