Argentine Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients

fresh cilantro
, packed

cup
, fresh flat leaf parsley, packed

garlic cloves

lime
, juiced

tbsp
red wine vinegar

tbsp
olive oil
1 1/2
tsp
dried oregano
1
tsp
dried chili flakes
1/2
tsp
ground cumin
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a food processor.
Press the pulse button for one second and release it. Continue to do this until the chimichurri sauce is an even, yet still somewhat rough consistency.
Serve on steak, chicken, shrimp, fish and more!
