4medium potatoes
1/4cupolive oil
1/4cupwater
1tbspdried oregano
2tspsalt
1/2tspground black pepper
1/4cuplemon juice
Instructions
Scrub the potatoes thoroughly and cut roughly into 1 inch cubes.
