Ingredients
1packagecream cheese brick, 8oz/227g
2cupsgrated cheddar cheese
1jarsalsa, around 440g or 15.5oz in size
1green pepper, cored and diced
1bagnacho chips, 18oz/510g party sized bag
Instructions
Mix the first four ingredients together in a baking dish.
Bake at 325F for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm with nacho chips.
Notes
Slow Cooker OptionThis dip can also be made in a slow cooker. Simply mix all the ingredients together in the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours. Stir to make sure it is all smooth and creamy.
