Ingredients
Cookie Dough
1/2cupbutter, softened
1cupsugar
1/4tspbaking soda
1/4tspcream of tartar
1egg
1/2tspvanilla
1 1/2cupsall purpose flour
Cinnamon Sugar Coating
2 1/2tspcinnamon
2tbspsugar
Instructions
In a medium bowl, beat the butter, vanilla, sugar, baking soda, cream of tartar and egg until smooth and creamy. Beat in the flour until well combined.
Make the cinnamon sugar coating by mixing together the cinnamon and 2 tbsp sugar in a small bowl.
Roll the dough into 1 inch balls and toss the balls in the cinnamon sugar mixture until the entire ball is coated.
Place the balls 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake at 375F for 10-12 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
