fingerling potatoes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cut fingerling potatoes lengthwise.
Toss the potatoes in the oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
Spread the potatoes in a baking dish or baking sheet.
Place in the oven and cook for45 minutes, or until the potatoes are cooked through and starting to brown on the edges.
