1/2poundbreakfast sausage
4slicescheese
4largeeggs
4English muffins
2tbspoil
Instructions
Shape the breakfast sausage meat into 4 flat equal sized patties.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium to medium low heat. Place sausage patties in the skillet and cook until the bottom sized has browned. Flip patties over and continue to fry them until cooked through. Remove them from the skillet and place them on a plate lined with paper towel to drain any excess grease.
Crack eggs into the skillet and break the yolk with spatula. Shape the egg to match the size of the sausage patties. Cook until the white of the egg are no longer translucent. Flip and continue to fry the eggs until cooked through.
Open the English muffins and toast them to your desired toasted level.
