Ingredients
2cupsketchup
1cupwater
1/2cupvinegar
3/4cupdark brown sugar
1tspsalt
1tbspworchestershire sauce
1tbsphot sauce
1tsppaprika
1/2tspcayenne pepper
1/2tspblack pepper
2garlic cloves
1/2onion
Instructions
Start up smoker using mesquite wood and get it up to a temperature of 225-250F.
Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until smooth.
Pour the sauce into a foil lasagna pan.
Place the pan in the smoker and smoke the sauce for 3 hours.
Stir the sauce after each hour in the smoker.
After smoking, let the sauce come to room temperature.
