A sweet mini candy cup made with melted white chocolate, crumbled shortbread, crushed candy canes and red candy melts. The perfect sweet treat for Christmas holidays.

Ingredients
2 1/2cupwhite chocolate candy melts
1/2cupcrumbled shortbread cookie crumbs
3cupsred candy melts
3/4cupcrushed candy canes
Instructions
Put the white chocolate candy melts in a glass bowl. Rest the bowl on top of a pot half filled with water. The glass bowl must be large enough that it rests on top of the pot and is not touching the water at all. Bring the water to a low boil. Stir the candy melts until melted and smooth.
Stir in the shortbread cookie crumbs and spoon into the candy cup liners so that they are about half filled.
Melt the red candy melts in a glass bowl using the same method as the white chocolate melts. When the red candy melts are melted and smooth, stir in 1/2 cup of the crushed candy canes.
Spoon the red candy melt into the cup liners filling them to the top. Sprinkle with the remaining crushed candy canes.
