One of our favourite Mexican dishes is guacamole served with nacho chips. Janna loves the fresh flavour of the lime juice and cilantro.
- 3 ripe avacados , peeled and pitted
- 2 small tomatoes , diced
- 1 sweet onion , diced
- 3 cloves garlic
- juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro , chopped
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and blend until smooth. Serve with nacho chips
